Pull down your notifications and tap the EvidentlySo file. Or in Chrome, tap ⋮ › Downloads, then tap the file.
Play Protect says App blocked or App scan recommended

Tap Scan app. Then tap Install.

If the scan can’t run (your phone has no connection), tap More details, then Install without scanning.
