How it works
Half of the pass is yours to split.
You choose how to split half the price of the 30-Day Pass: a discount for your client, a commission for you, or any mix in 5% steps. If you don’t mind, we use 25% off for your client and 25% for you. See pricing

Your client enters your code when they buy their 30-Day Pass.
Your client gets their discount, and you earn your share.
Good to know
- Your share is on the 30-Day Pass bought with your code. Monthly Add-on renewals don’t earn a share.
- Each time you share your code, say plainly that you earn a commission.
- Don’t give legal advice, and don’t promise that a PDF will be admitted or win a case.
- Attorneys, custody evaluators, guardians ad litem, mediators and parenting coordinators can’t join, so they stay neutral. They’re welcome to recommend EvidentlySo without a code.
- There are no public discount codes. For a bigger client discount during Black Friday week, ask us to change your split for those days.
