Paralegals
One PDF per conversation, ready to label and file.
Clients send you a PDF instead of a folder of screenshots. Each one is in order, page-numbered, and shows the date and time of each message.

When a PDF comes in
Two checks, then file it.
Check that the dates on page 1 match what you asked for.
Check the names and numbers on page 1.
Save the PDF to the case file. Cite messages by the Transcript ID and message number, such as “T5830 MSG-412”, with the page number.
A smaller privilege and privacy footprint.
Messages are saved to your client’s own cloud storage account, not our servers. It’s a provider your client already uses and controls. Your client chooses which conversations to export.

What’s your burning question about client texts?
You handle the screenshots, so you know what goes wrong. Ask anything. We answer every question and use what you tell us to decide what we build next.
Please don’t include client names or case details.
