EvidentlySo for Attorneys and Paralegals

Your client captures their own text messages on their Android phone. EvidentlySo saves them to the client’s own Dropbox and exports clean, dated PDFs of the conversations you need. We never see or store the messages.

What each export includes

The chosen conversations, each in full and in order
The sender, date, and time of every message
Picture messages
A record of exactly what’s included
The name of the capture file the PDF was made from, and that file’s digital fingerprint (SHA-256)

What the fingerprint shows, and what it doesn’t

“The fingerprint lets anyone with the archived capture file confirm it is the exact, unchanged file this PDF names as its source. It does not show the capture is complete. For example, messages deleted from the phone before capture won’t be in it.”

Limits to know

Only what’s on the phone when the client runs the capture. Messages deleted earlier aren’t included.
Android only for now.

How clients get files to you

The client installs EvidentlySo and captures their phone.
They export the conversations you ask for.
They send you the PDF. If you want to be able to verify it, they also share the capture file from their Dropbox.
